Buying this 2 bed, 2 bath conversion in the Aurora Townhomes at Panorama Resort was the smartest thing we've ever done! The previous owner ran it as a short-term rental so it was extremely well maintained and even had BRAND NEW fridge, stove and over-the-counter microwave right before we bought not to mention the custom blind package. The upper level is completely re-imagined with a bedroom, mud room and full bath. This is our kid or guest zone as needed. Our lower level has the open design kitchen, dining room and living room. In-suite laundry means I'm not packing the whole closet for a week at the resort. Our bedroom has incredible mountain views to Bruce peak and I adore my morning coffees on the private mountain view deck. This location is private and cool in the summers.
